OK, here is one for ya...
So a few weeks ago, I rolle dmy window down and wasn't able to get it back up. So I automatically assumed it had something to do with my car alarm (and window roll up modules). So last week I went for my troubleshooting appointment and after much troubleshooting, the install shop determined that the body ground (needed to run the switches/window motor) was no longer reaching the door.
I didn't buy it at first, until they ran a wire from my negative battey terminal to the inside frame of the door and the windows worked. They "temporarily" ran a ground wire from under the dash, through the grommet, and into the door for now.
My question is, after looking at webtech, I still can't see how the ground gets into the door. Any ideas?
