It is slow at times, especially when I log on.

If it were any slower, I would check to make sure I'm not using dial-up. I also had some "coding error" page-load-fails when trying to get to EXD from home a few minutes ago (home on lunch).

The host is saying that we are using more resources than we have. This is what we have.

50 GB Storage UPGRADED
1 TB Monthly Transfer
768 MB Guaranteed (1.5 GB Burst RAM)

Apparently we are using relying on the "burst" resources.

Hmm.
wtf does that even mean? theres a computer with only 768 allocated to us? i mean websites dont need alot. but this place is pretty damn awesome.
or does that mean something else? i have no idea of the backend context

Burst RAM is RAM that is available to you assuming no one else is using it.
Never rely on burst RAM for production purposes, because it's not meant to be there for long periods of time.

Burst RAM isn't just a marketing gimmick though, there are cases where you just need abit more RAM for a little time to do something more intensive. Examples: compiling applications, generating graphs/stats from web logs, etc.

ok, sure. but we have 100 people on now.
you think that would really max us out?
