Help severe power loss when operating temperature is reached

Having an issue with my XD and I can't figure out the issue.ive replaced both o2 sensors, map sensor, crank sensor, cam angle sensor, iacv, throttle position sensor, pcv valve and coolant temp sensor. Mods are long tube header, downpipe, resonator delete, off brand CAI and still has the secondary catalytic converter on for emissions purposes.the issue is that when it's cold it runs fine and has full power, when operating temperature is reached I lose a good 50% of my power and my timing is on the money at tdc and I'm not sure what is causing this problem and hoping someone can help me
