Nylon strap instead of a chain would have been better for jerking it loose , probably less damage.

Winching it up the last 100 feet, also better option.

Mudders are use to replacing snapped front end stuff , happens all the time.

I am far From a Jeep lover and I own one!!!! I'd kinda like to take it off road but I'm afraid it would die. I have had my XD stuck as **** in the mudd up to the doors before though.

Lotsa fail in that vid.

However:
DIESEL POWER FTW

and

poor jeep... They were being complete idiots, and completely riuned the vehicle.

They seriously pulled in the direction the jeep got stuck. If had the truck pulling in the opposite direction, the jeep would have survived. It's basic physics, I know, despite not taking physics class. Oh, wait, that should have been COMMON SENSE.

Yeah that is what I would like to do. But it leaks soo much damn fluid (all types apparently) that it would probably leave a trail of flames from the woods to my drive way.

Wow..... I'm speechless.... totally unnecessary destruction of that Jeep. Doubt it's rebuildable either since the front axle was totally ripped off.
