Ok i have a stock Elantra GT04

i was thinking of lowering it soon and putting some wheels on

i like 18's..was gonna go with Alba or some other brand 18.7.5 prolly a standard 40mm offset. 215/35 tires..i was told 225/40 will likely rub or could puncture when hitting dips, since the body is unmodified.

anyway if i get 18's will i be able to lower it say 1.7 inchs or a lil more? without to much problem?

or should i go with 17's? i really would rather have 18's..i'm weird like that

thanks

ps i'm kinda of a newb at car shit right now, but i'm learning..ever slowly :abovelol:

I would not drop it with 18's to be honest with you, thats my 2 cents,if you do and want a 1.7 inch drop your tires are gonna have NO rubber on them.I would go with 17's with a 205/45/17 tire if you want a drop that low.
