I have 127k on my 5 speed. I've been running Redline MT-90 for a while now. Only problem I have had is 2nd gear grind slightly when it is really cold out. Once the tranny warms up it is fine. That and I have had a pressure plate fail. Might have been due to a misshift.

I autocross it, and it is going to see road racing this summer. Not worried about it at all.

Well at -12 in the morning here in the winter I'm sure any M/T will grind a bit going into gears. I have my warm up for 10 min and it still happens. I find out that if you hold it tight to the left side and shift down it's a lot smoother. Instead of having it kind of auto find the groove so to speak. But that's just my personal fix for how cold it is here. Mine will grind a bit if it hasn't warmed all the way up. Onces it's up to temp then it shifts like a dream and I can start smoking civics again :)....... I mean drive like a good o'l boy and get 32mpg... PAHA!!
