I've had this sub for quite sometime and I don't know what kind it is. I bought it off my friend last year and was wondering if it would be worth buying a new one... I gave my friend $100 for the sub, the box, amp, and wiring kit... installed that is.... all I know is it's a Polk and was safely pushing 175W RMS and a driver at work has the same one but doesn't know anything about it either.

where was it purchased from? Also, any chance that you can unbolt the sub from the box? You can check the VC too, a lot of sub companies leave their imprint there.

I already checked. I found out what kind of sub it is finally, went to PolkAudio.com's forums and somebody knew what it was luckily, no specs on it though but oh well. Thanx.
