215/45/17

I advised my friend to get 215/40/17 for his Integra and the 215 width is perfect on a 7" wide wheel. The sidewalls are flush with the wheel and perpendicular to the tread. 205's are a bit too narrow for a 7" wheel in my opinion. However if those are the only two sizes you're looking at then, like Hatchetman said, you'd have to be more careful about rubbing when quite lowered with a 215/45.

I run the 205/40/17s on a 7" wheel and have no complaints. Isn't there a rub issue on the rear if using 215/45/17 without rolling the fenders?

Not w/ eibach pro kit - but you also gotta take into consideration offset, I got +40mm, which is pretty much ideal. He's probably got a greater drop than that & would have issues running 215/45-17
