I wish someone would come up with something better than just hollowing out the inside and putting mesh in it. It's a start anyway. Those HDs in the picture don't look bad.

I think the "empty" grills look good on the HD. In fact, better than I like the same style grills on the XD or XD2.

Yeah, that beemer style grill doesn't work AT ALL on the HD. It just seems like 99% of "custom grills" out there (not only on the Elantra, but all cars) just hollow out the center and slap some mesh on there - because it's easy to do.

^and they can charge $200 for something that cost them a couple bucks. Why change the style if it sells right? I agree though. They do need to come up with something a bit more original.
