I just realize my car missing it .
I think its that but not sure :

Gosh I love you guys, I looked in the forum gallery and found someone upload photo that shows that kind of screw.

^ Its the kind of bumper push on screws.
I bet the previous owner did some paint work and forgot to install it back .

Yeah, those screws are all over the front bumper.

As for killer90, I think he sold his car and became a priest or something. I wish he was still around. He seemed like a really nice guy from reading his posts.

Well I'm perfectionist, I didn't know this guy but I wish the best for him . And also it's good time to clean around the horn .
