I have the V6 Tib rear sway bar, H&R springs, and the OEM tib front strut bar, trying to decide on some good struts/shocks and don't know where to begin looking! , if the KYB's at hp.com arent really an upgrade, i'd rather save the money till i can get a decent upgrade. what is there availible for my car? i've herd the 03 tib eibach pro kit was a decent upgrade for my XD, any opinions?

i'm just going for a good street setup, i don't want anything to rigid, i herd the KYB's wern't really an upgrade, am i wrong? what else is there?

you can still use ur stock shocks
a lot of people do and happy with it

your stock shocks won't last very long with upgraded springs. When you put the shorter springs on, the shock will work much harder to dampen the stronger spring. Look into getting some Tiburon Ultra sport struts. They aren't the highest performance shock out there, but the selection is so limited(even for the tibbys). I believe that the tib strut has twice the compression and rebound rates, than that of the oem Elantras....

what I've read says that only the rear is raised, and it's only by 3/8". That's not very much. hell, my little finger is thicker than 3/8" .. and remember you're putting on lowering springs too....

3/8 is the difference but you can't tell there is a difference. I have the tib struts on the GT
