I read alot into these myself. Yeah alot of people use them. vw have problems because they drop the helper spring out because the slam it and cant figure out why the end link tabs break on them when they dont have adjustable endlinks or havent purchased them. Miata users like them. You can contact them to give you spring rates. These are truly set up for daily drive use. racing I wouldnt give them the time of day. No adjustable dampening would be my argument there. Also GTI owners have used these and said its makes the car look great but the oem spring and strut setup actually allow it to handle better. The GTI handles great out the box. The Elantra on the other hand out the box well might as well compete with a Toyota Previa.
