If i remember correctly when i used to jack my car up and take my tire off , I wasn't able to spin either of my stock roters. ( that is if im remembering correctly ) Well i upgraded to Brembo cross drilled/Sloted roteos and today i was checking them to make sure i hadn't heated them up to much . Well when i had the tire off i was able to put 2 hands on the rotor and spin it around and around, I thought they were suposed to lock when the car is in park. Does anyone know if this is normal or if something is wrong?

So you have an automatic? If the car was in park, then no the rotors shouldn't spin.

If you have a manual you can just leave it in neutral and pull the parking brake. Then you can turn the rotors by hand like you described.
