Rubber CAI/Short Ram joints- replacement needed!

Unfortunately I over tightened the steel rings holding my short ram to the TB and split the rubber/silicone tube. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

I belive the tube size is 2 3/4". Any help appreciated! :confused:

Autozone has a 3" coupler with the clamps for about $5. I had a hard time finding 2 3/4" ID rubber couplers... but this one fits fine.
