I would like to stay nice and subtle as far as the steering wheel goes. My gripe about the stock steering wheel is that the leather has worn off and is now nasty looking. So I have a cover on it. Which is red and ricey looking. Now, as far as the sift knob.. I would like it to be round and nice. Maybe a hint of real carbon fibre. Any ideas!?
there is a nice polished shift knob on shark racing that has a carbon fiber center....i used to have that 1! Or MOMO they have nice stuff and I have a MOMO now!
Will the tiburon steering wheel fit our cars without any modification? Is there a way we can wrap our steering wheels in another material that will last without going to walmart?
There are the covers that you kind of sew on so they fit better than a slide on cover. Hyuelan2 and a couple others have that style of cover and I think it looks pretty nice. Are there any aftermarket wheels out there that keep the airbag? If I ever swap the stock one out I'd like to keep the airbag for ins reasons. I don't know if the Tib wheel would fit, you could try to find a used one from a Tib owner that has gone aftermarket, I wouldn't want to pay dealer price for that even if you get a discount from Jay.
I'm fairly sure that all the (newer) Hyundai steering wheels have the same "mounting thing."
