I have the Ralco RZ shifter and its great. Easy to install and worth the price. Cheaper than both the B&M and the TWM by a large margin and works just as well.

not true, I had a Ebay shifter and I had to modify it to make it a real short shifter, just because the shifter is shorter than the stock one does not mean the shifts are shorter B&M is a true short shifter also ARK and TWM. the hyunday accent 00-05 has the same shifter box as the XD and XD2

I compared the Ralco and the factory shifter and the leverage point is def lower than the factory shifter. This makes the throw shorter.
It is 100% a short throw shifter and I also didn't buy it off eBay. You don't need a brand name for quality. It came with everything needed to install and fit perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to buy one again.
