Here's the diagram I promised you guys, drawn by the man Denis himself! :bowdown:

1st diagram is for the turbo box only



2nd one is for the beta2 MAP based,MAF based use the exact same pin out but the setting for the smt-6 switch function will be different

computer pins are in order fropm left to right

45 32 29 60 1 3
smt-6 settings are 4 cylinders
60 teeth per turn
30 teeth per firing
mode 1 (missing tooth)
pos input pol ON
pos output pol ON
low level ON

AMP (map sensor) in the dos box calibration for the Gm 3 bar are
AL 2 0 95
AH 15 15 183

(those might vary a bit depending on altitude and local atmospheric pressure)

smt-6 switch setting (to activate turbo box) 2.5 psi

This is how to wire the SMT-6, with the turbo box, and dual fuel rail kit, for a MAP-based Beta2.

I wrote optional for the fuel map switch, because, well, you need to program the second map for that, and not many people do this.

nah still low tech ;-)
i'll make a diagram on the computer using one of or "blank" diagram sheet
should come up a bit clearer

i had to use this to wire up Ishmael's car, boy was it hard to read.

I am having trouble wireing up the Crank sensor once we splice in it wont turn over

Can whoever knows about wiring this up please call me

i need to figure out this crank sensor issue. everytime we splice into it, it doesnt turn over

If you guys dont mind, I have a few questions about the turbo box.

1)Is its purpose to put the car into open loop?

2)How does this benifit me?, Does the ecm not care about rich fuel trims in open loop?

3) Can I activate it without the smt6? Like with a hobs switch instead?

4) Am I in open loop at WOT?
