top video is Canadian (didn't watch the other one) and a lot of Europe uses km/h as does Australia (if i remember correctly, pretty much the only place that doesn't is the US), but either way i loved europe (the parts i've been to at least) as most speed "limits" were minimums, so the sign said 50 you were caught doing 35 you got the ticket, doin 80 ? no ticket (unless you caused an accident), been on the autobahn and friggin loved it. nothing like passing a cop at 280 km/h (about 175m/h) and him not caring, and then you get get passed about 20 seconds later (the first time it happens is just mind blowing).. either way school/playground zones- sure, residential -ok, highways/freeways- hell no just drive according to the weather.
