I found someone local selling one local for 75$, might do that instead since after shipping might be spending more than that anyways. What else do I need besides the metal bushings?

No problem I say get energy suspension bushings front & rear sway bars

You just need bushings and end links. When I upgraded my sway bar a few months ago I bought Energy Suspension bushings, they come in red or black, and I bought Mood endlinks. You will need those too.
