Hey. I'm into this thing quite a while and I can't make out what should I choose .

It slightly will, but you'll feel a better suspension once you upgrade things like swaybar, swaybar bushing [front & rear] lowering spring or coilovers to go with that strut bar. My 2 cents

Yeah I know but I have a problem because I have kind of cable that sits in the place.

is just a ground cable. either relocate it or bolt it on top, if you get a strut bar make sure that there are no pivot points,get one that is one piece like the DC for the tiburon

any pivot place ill be a weak pint for flex

Yeah I know its groud cable but there something else near it if you can make out.

Is that Cruise control unit? Because I don't have the function in my car .

Sorry for the bump but I've checked and that little square thing is not Cruise Control its Acceleration sensor. Just a FYI
