Have you looked at everything under there? Didn't see any bolts or anything on the plastic cover pieces?

I would look for brackets under the cover, since theere are no bolts on top like older model's.

 

It's raining right now, but I will look for any brackets that may need to be addressed before attempting to remove the cover.

 

After further exam, I found that the cover is held on by four "ball & socket" push on type connectors (Not sure of the correct terminalogy) -- The cover just snaps on & off by pushing or pulling on the connector brackets.
