Look between the washer jug and power steering reservoir. Is there something there with metal lines going in and out of it? If yes, you have ABS. If no, then you don't.

also isnt there an ABS light on the cluster?

 

if you turn your key to the "ON" position the ABS light will light up on your dash if you have it. if you see no light you have no ABS

Lift your shirt up, if you see hair and flab....that means no abs.
